trebuchet
trebuchet is an imagined argument between two lovers, kind of. the song wrote itself really, so I imagine it being someone looking back at a relationship that ended in a fight over mistrust (as I’m sure many do). I do like the line “woke up falling into / a faded photo of you”. a trebuchet is a french medieval siege weapon, kind of like a catapult. I just wanted to name a song, any song “trebuchet.” this is it.
